RAMen Privacy Policy

Effective 6 November 2026. NEOTECH Inc. ("we") makes RAMen.

The short version

RAMen runs on your computer. Your prompts, files, conversations and models stay there. We never see them.

What RAMen sends, and when

• Paid plans only: when RAMen starts, it checks your license key with our store provider, Polar (polar.sh). It sends the key, our store's identifier and an anonymous machine label: the platform (for example "macOS-arm64") and a short code derived from the machine, never its name. Polar sees your internet address, as with any connection.
• Model downloads: when ramen start downloads a model, it connects to Hugging Face (huggingface.co), which sees your internet address and the file requested. If you set a Hugging Face token, it is sent to Hugging Face only.
• Nothing else. RAMen has no analytics, no crash reporting and no tracking.

Our website

getramenai.com counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, so we know how many people read each page. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. Cloudflare sees your internet address and browser type, as any website does, and gives us only totals such as page views, referring sites and countries. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which also sees your internet address.

What we receive when you buy

Polar processes your purchase as the reseller. We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can support you and send license and account messages. We do not receive your full card details. See Polar's privacy policy for how Polar handles payment data.

Email

If you write to support@getramenai.com, we keep the conversation to help you. If you ask for launch updates on our website, we keep your email address in our sign-up list (stored with Cloudflare, with the date and the country of the request) and email you about RAMen. Reply "stop" or write to support@getramenai.com at any time and we remove you.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it: support@getramenai.com. Some purchase records must be kept for tax law.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell customers by email.
