RAMen Refund Policy

Effective 6 November 2026.

Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial of everything, so you can check RAMen works on your computer before paying.

• Monthly and yearly plans: ask within 14 days of a payment for a full refund of that payment. Cancel any time from the customer portal (https://polar.sh/ramen/portal); you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Lifetime Pro: ask within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Server and Enterprise: as agreed in the order, otherwise as for monthly and yearly plans.

Ask at support@getramenai.com with the email you bought with. Refunds are paid by Polar to the original payment method.
